Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Crown Logic (the "App"), developed by Ugur Kadir Karahan ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.
2. Virtual items
The App may offer virtual items such as coins, lives, boosters or ad removal. Virtual items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash and are licensed to you, not sold. Except where required by law, purchases are final. Refund requests are handled by Apple.
3. Advertising
The App may display third-party advertising. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or the websites they link to. The Remove Ads purchase removes banner and interstitial ads. Optional rewarded videos may still be offered.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, hack or interfere with the App, use cheats or unauthorized tools, or use the App for any unlawful purpose.
5. Intellectual property
The App and all of its content, including its graphics, levels, sounds and code, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
6. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the App or in-app purchases in the twelve months before the claim.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict of law rules, unless the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.
